Man accused of Nairac kidnapping remanded on bail

A man has been remanded on bail charged in connection with the abduction of British Army undercover soldier Robert Nairac who was murdered thirty one year ago.
Kevin Crilly (57), from Lower Foughill Road, Jonesboro, Co Armagh appeared before Newry Magistrates Court today.
He is accused of the kidnapping and imprisonment of Captain Robert Nairac between the 14th and 15th of May 1977.
He was remanded on his own bail of £1,000 with two independent sureties of £60,000 each and ordered to surrender his passport.
He is due in court again on July 16th.
