Three men who were arrested on Wednesday in connection with dissident republican activity have been released without charge.
The men were detained in Newry as part of a major police investigation on both sides of the border into dissident violence in south Armagh.
Another two men, who were arrested in Londonderry and Strabane, are still being held at the PSNI’s special interrogation unit in Antrim.
A further two men who were apprehended in the Republic also remain in custody.
The arrests came just hours after a no-warning blast outside Lurgan police station at 11.30pm on Tuesday. No-one was injured in the blast.
