Four deny feud murder

Four members of a west Belfast family have denied murdering a father-of-six beaten and stabbed to death in Ballymurphy.

Christopher (55), Francisco (20) and 23-year-old William Notarantonio, all from Whitecliff Parade, appeared alongside Paul Oliver Burns (25), from Dermott Hill Park, in the dock of Belfast Crown Court.

All four told Mr Justice Hart they were not guilty of murdering Gerard Devlin (39), who was killed on February 3 last year. They also denied a number of other related charges.

After deciding to review the case on October 12, Mr Justice Hart remanded Francisco in custody and released the other three men on continuing bail.
