‘Loud sex’ woman loses Asbo appeal

A woman who claimed an anti-social behaviour order (Asbo) she received for having loud sex breached her human rights lost an appeal against the order yesterday.
Caroline Cartwright (48) claimed that she was unable to stop the loud shouting and screaming she made during lovemaking with her husband Steve.
The pair were hit with a noise abatement notice but when Mrs Cartwright was convicted of breaching the notice local magistrates gave her the Asbo.
