The Irish Football Association has fined Keith Gillespie and George McCartney over the fight that broke out between the pair on a flight back from Iceland last week.
The row erupted while the Northern Ireland squad were returning home following their defeat by Iceland in the Euro 2008 qualifiers.
Gillespie had scored the last-minute own goal that gifted victory to the home side and ended Northern Ireland's qualification hopes.
The IFA has described the pair's behaviour as unacceptable and embarrassing.
