A schoolboy was left “screaming” after an alleged pervert pensioner touched his private parts, a jury heard yesterday.
The Belfast Crown Court jury also heard allegations that 71-year-old Brendan Hull was “tickling” the seven-year-old boy's stomach before he sexually assaulted him.
Hull, from Ballynure Street in Belfast, denies two counts of sexually assaulting a child on September 4 last year, and one charge that he engaged in a sex act in the presence of a child on a date unknown between July 1 and September 5 last year.
Prosecuting lawyer David McAughey told the jury that Hull allegedly acted in a similar manner to an 11-year-old boy who was in his house on the same day. He also claimed that “at some time during the summer” Hull had performed a sex act in front of the 11-year-old “in order to obtain sexual gratification”.
The boys’ teenage cousin said the older boy told her the younger child had been “screaming all round the house” when he was allegedly touched.
The trial continues.
