A man has been remanded in custody accused of inflicting grievous bodily harm with intent during an alleged attack in north Belfast.
Johnathon Rossborough faces charges connected to an assault on a man at Alliance Parade in the early hours of New Year’s Day. The victim is said to be in a critical but stable condition in hospital.
Rossborough (29), of Armoy Gardens, Newtownabbey, has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm to Christopher Mooney. He is also accused of assault occasioning actual bodily harm to a second man.
Rossborough faces two further counts of assault against another two alleged victims.
He is expected to apply for bail next week. The accused was remanded in custody to appear by video link on January 9.
