The two sites were ordered to be removed by a Belfast court on Friday after carrying threats made against a Catholic man.
The sites were the 'Loyalists against Short Strand' and the 'Loyalist Peaceful Protests Updater'.
Both had been providing information regarding upcoming street protests being held throughout Northern Ireland.
