Horrific ordeal of woman dragged from her car by gang of hijackers in west Belfast

A gang of men dragged a woman from her car during a hijacking in west Belfast.

It happened at 10.20pm on Saturday in the Whitecliff Crescent area. The grey Peugeot 5008 was later found burned out in the Glenside Road area of the city shortly afterwards.

The female victim is not believed to have sustained serious injuries after she was pulled from the vehicle by three men.

Anyone who witnessed the incident or anyone acting suspiciously in the Glenside Road area on Saturday night is asked to call police on 0845 600 8000 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
