Around 70 people took part in an illegal parade in Londonderry city centre in the early hours of the morning, the city's Magistrates Court has heard.
Before the court was Michelle Archibald (37) of Eglinton Terrace in Derry who was charged with disorderly behaviour on August 16.
The court was told that around 2.30am, dozens of people took part in an illegal parade in the Bishop Street area led by two men with drums. Archibald was seen to take part and when approached by police she shouted "Up the f*****g 'Ra".
Later when cautioned about the offence she replied "sorry".
Defence solicitor Seamus Quigley said it was a case of "more drunks than drums".
District Judge Barney McElholm sarcastically remarked that it was very considerate of those involved to parade so early in the morning so as not to inconvenience anyone.
Archibald was fined £200.
