A lightning bolt has left thousands of householders without electricity in Co Tyrone.
The lightning struck a transmitter in the Dungannon area during a storm.
Northern Ireland Electricity (NIE) engineers are working to restore supplies.
Roy Coulter, director of health, safety and risk at NIE, said: "A lightning strike to major transmission infrastructure in the Dungannon area has left thousands of customers without electricity supplies.
"The key areas affected are Cookstown, Dungannon, Coagh, Creagh, Magherafelt and Toomebridge and the surrounding areas.
"NIE emergency repair engineers are on site and are restoring customers in groups through alternative network means."
