A 28-year-old man has been charged with affray and assisting an offender by police investigating a murder in Co Down.
Dmytro Grytsunov, 29, suffered a fatal chest wound when shots were fired in the Rooney Park area of Kilkeel on April 23 in what is believed to have been a row between two groups of foreign nationals.
The man charged by police will appear in court in Newry on Monday.
Two arrests have also been made by officers in Dublin who are helping the Police Service of Northern Ireland in connection with the case.
A 27-year-old was arrested by gardai in the Swords area of north Dublin on Friday night.
This followed the arrest of a 22-year-old man by gardai on Wednesday who was detained when he made inquiries regarding a passport application at Pearse Street garda station in central Dublin.
Both men are being held under Section 5 of the Irish Republic's Criminal Justice Act at Pearse Street, where they can be detained for seven days.
A 32-year-old woman was charged in connection with the murder on Thursday.
Another woman aged 39 has been released unconditionally by police in Northern Ireland.
Three men, aged 26, 31 and 36, have been released on police bail.
