A suspect is due to appear in court over the seizure of £200,000 worth of cannabis.
A 28-year-old man has been charged with drugs offences and will be brought before Ards court on Monday.
DCI Todd Clements, of the Organised Crime Branch, said the seizure in Castlereagh on Saturday was significant and builds on the PSNI's determination to demonstrate to the people of Northern Ireland that they are committed to tackling the issues of drug distribution and drug supply.
"We continue to liaise with colleagues from around the world in our efforts to reduce the supply of drugs to our communities," the senior officer said.
"Drugs can have a devastating impact on communities, our young people and the wider associated anti-social behaviour issues that accompany drug misuse."
He appealed to local communities to report any information relating to the production, sell and misuse of drugs to police or Crimestoppers to ensure suspected criminals are brought before the courts.
