A man has been struck with a crowbar during a robbery in Belfast city centre this morning.
Two men - one armed with a gun and the other a crowbar - approached a member of staff of a cash in transit company at around 6am outside Santander Bank on Royal Avenue.
After hitting the staff member, the men ran off with a cashbox in the direction of Castlecourt shopping centre.
The victim was not badly injured and police have appealed for information.
