No U-turn over closure of Ulster Bank

Ulster Bank has refused to reconsider the closing of its Carryduff branch in the next few months, despite pleas by councillors from Castlereagh Borough Council.

 Mayor Michael Henderson said the council was very disappointed, especially as it would leave customers and businesses without any banks in the area.
