Police are investigating serious sexual assaults on two women.
A victim in her 50s received minor injuries and was left badly shaken when she was attacked in the Glassmullan Gardens area of west Belfast shortly after 8.15am on Friday.
The man is described as being in his mid 30's, was approximately 5'8" tall and of slim to medium build.
He was wearing a black beany hat pulled down over his eyebrows, a navy jacket, and blue jeans.
Elsewhere detectives from the PSNI's Rape Crime Unit are investigating an alleged assault on an 18-year-old on the Rosemount area of Derry in the early hours of Wednesday.
The PSNI have appealed for anyone in the area who saw anything suspicious, particularly a taxi driver who picked up a man and woman in the Shipquay Street area of Derry sometime after 1.30am and took them to the Rosemount area, to come forward.
