One police officer has been injured during loyalist rioting in Belfast.
Public disorder broke out in the Donegall Road area of South Belfast on Sunday night, with youths blocking the route, burning bins and attacking officers with bricks and bottles.
A Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) spokesman said: "Following a robust policing operation, calm was restored to the area at around 10pm.
"One police officer sustained minor injuries and an 18-year-old man was arrested. He has since been released pending a report to the Public Prosecution Service.
"Detectives from the Op Dulcet team have been clear from the outset that there will be consequences for individuals who engage in illegal activity.
"The PSNI have and will continue to make people amenable to the courts and will be carrying out further inquiries to identify those involved in the disorder."
