Security guards at Belfast's Laganside Courts were forced to split up a fight between two women outside the building on Tuesday.

They became involved in a verbal confrontation at the front door, which soon descended into violence.

A flurry of punches were thrown as the two women fought against a wall.

Security guards rushed outside to intervene and when the women were pulled apart, one woman's face was covered in blood.

An ambulance was subsequently called.
