Snow Patrol and Jason Derulo are to perform a free gig in Belfast as part of MTV's Europe Music Awards in the city.
The concert at Belfast City Hall will be fed live into the 2011 EMAs, taking place simultaneously at the Odyssey Arena, on November 6.
"We're really looking forward to performing for the EMAs at such a special location on home turf. It's going to be a great night and a lot of fun," said Snow Patrol in a statement - the band are from Bangor in Northern Ireland.
US singer-songwriter Jason Derulo said: "I am very excited to perform for my Irish fans and visit Belfast for the first time."
Around 15,000 tickets for the gig will be available free from www.gotobelfast.com from Sunday, October 16.
The awards themselves will be headlined by Coldplay, and feature Jessie J, LMFAO and Red Hot Chili Peppers.
Lady Gaga, Katy Perry and Adele lead the nominations.
