Teenager dies in tragic river fall in Co Derry

A 15-year-old boy has died after falling into the River Roe near Limavady.

The teenager was airlifted to Altnagelvin hospital by police helicopter from Roe Valley Park.

He is believed to have drowned.

Police and other emergency services were called to the park at around 4.30pm.

There are no further details available at this time.
