Tory calls for NI Water to be sold

NORTHERN Ireland Water should be sold off, according to former Tory Minister. Dr Liam Fox wants it sold as he calls on his party to fight the next general election under a radical Thatcherite platform of tax cuts, privatisation and deregulation. In a speech to business leaders in Birmingham today, he will argue the party can win an overall majority in 2015 provided it shows "political courage" and "intellectual creativity".
