Suspected cocaine has been found hidden in a vase by UK Border Agency officers and police in Belfast.
The earthenware container with the suspected class A drug was posted in South America and discovered at an address in the north of the city.
The drug weighed 1.3kg with an estimated street value of up to £250,000 and was hidden in a false base in the vase which had been filled with expanding foam.
A woman, 28, was arrested at the address and inquiries are continuing.
Maggie Eyden, UKBA assistant director in Northern Ireland, said: "Our officers are on constant alert to keep drugs and other banned substances out of the UK.
"Drugs devastate lives and communities and my officers at the UK Border Agency, along with colleagues from other law enforcement agencies, are determined to stop them reaching our streets."
The drug has been sent for forensic examination to confirm that it is cocaine.
