A women in her 60s has been attacked during a car hijacking in west Belfast.

The victim was targeted along with another woman in her 70s by two young men at the Milltown Cemetery on the Falls Road on Monday afternoon.

The men attacked one women before taking her blue Renault Modus car. The assault happened at around 3pm.

The vehicle was later found burnt out in the Norglen Parade area of west Belfast.

One of the men is described as being approximately 18 to 20 years old, between 5'10" and 6ft tall, of slim build with short black hair and stubble.

He was wearing a blue hooded top and grey tracksuit bottoms. The other man is described as being approximately 18 to 20 years old, about 5'10" tall and of medium build. He was wearing a black hooded top.
