Ballycastle woman who died at the scene of a road crash was the wife of a well-known Presbyterian minister.

Margaret Gray, who was in her late 70s, was killed shortly before 4pm on Monday after the car she was driving crashed into a wall at a house on the Moyarget Road at Mosside, outside Ballymoney.

Two others have been taken to Causeway Hospital in Coleraine.

They remain in a stable condition.

DUP MLA for North Antrim, Mervyn Storey said it was a tragic thing to have happened.

"It's a very sad situation. People out on a bank holiday, and we've had this tragic accident," he said.

"My thoughts and prayers are with the whole family."
