A teenager has been charged with rioting in north Belfast earlier this month.
The 14-year-old youth was charged with riotous assembly, criminal damage and two counts of possessing an offensive weapon.
A 21-year-old man has been charged with riotous assembly and theft.
Both charges are understood to relate to public disorder near Carlisle Circus on September 2.
