The second home of DUP minister Ian Paisley Jnr has been registered in his name, some three years after its purchase.
Mr Paisley had faced questions in recent months over the fact that the north Antrim property had been registered to the wife of developer Seymour Sweeney.
Both the politician and the businessman blamed the situation on an " administrative hiccup".
Land Registry records now show that the house, part of a Sweeney development, is in the name of Mr Paisley Jnr and his wife, Fiona.
The property at Ballyallaght Farmyard Cottages, near Bushmills, had previously been registered in the name of Carol Sweeney, wife of Mr Sweeney and a co-director of a number of his firms.
Mr Sweeney has repeatedly stressed that it was sold at full market value to Mr Paisley Jnr in late 2004.
