The daughter of Sir Bob Geldof was spotted at the Speakeasy at Queen’s University last night, where New York rockers The Virgins were playing.

Her appearance at the show fuelled recent speculation that her six-month marriage to Chester French musician Max Drummey broke up over her relationship with Virgins frontman Donald Cumming.

At the time of announcing their divorce, Peaches and her ex husband said their decision to split was mutual and that no-one else was involved.

However the 19-year-old sparked rumours of a romance with Cumming when they were spotted together on numerous occasions, including spending New Year’s Eve together.

A friend of Peaches told the Sun newspaper that she had been seeing Donald for weeks and that she was “besotted” with the musician.

The relatively unknown Virgins, who have supported Sonic Youth and Patti Smith, released a track last year called Rich Girls.

It was named number 68 on Rolling Stone’s list of the 100 Best Songs of 2008.

The band also scored wide coverage after their music was featured as the entire score of an episode of US hit show Gossip Girl.

What is she famous for?

interesting point Rua...no clearly its not because of that. the point was if they knocked on my door i wouldnt care less, and why should i?? this is a girl who has achieved nothing except for having a really irritating dad who happens to be in the public eye. unfortunatly that to me does not give cause to report on it when she is in belfast. who really cares, we have rich mens daughters in this country already, i dont think another one visiting is anything to get excited about. So incase you didnt quite get it, i wouldnt say hello to her IF she did not on my door. Regardless of the probability of that happening
