50 jobs in sleep disorder research

A company that researches sleep disorders is creating 50 jobs in Dublin

Fifty jobs are being created at a company involved in sleep disorder research and development.

ResMed, a world leader in developing and making medical products to combat sleep and respiratory problems, is expanding its facility in Dublin over the next three years.

The investment will develop ResMed's operations in NexusUCD, the Innovation Partnerships Centre at University College Dublin.

The company claims to be involved in the most comprehensive medical device development projects undertaken by a multinational company in Ireland.

ResMed founder, chairman and chief executive Dr Peter Farrell said: "We believe there are great opportunities in growing our presence in Ireland."
