The woman was hit by the vehicle on Melbourne Road, Bishopstown, on Tuesday evening.
She was taken by ambulance to Cork University Hospital where she diedon Saturday evening, police said. The driver of the car was uninjured.
Gardai are appealing for witnesses to the crash to contact them.
