Gardai have sent a file to the Director of Public Prosecutions after investigating allegations DJ Neil Prendeville exposed himself on board an Aer Lingus flight.
The DPP will now decide if the Cork DJ will face criminal charges for his actions on the flight last October.
It is a criminal offence to commit a lewd act in a public place.
The 96fm radio presenter became embroiled in a major controversy last October after he was seen masturbating as the Aer Lingus aircraft taxied for takeoff.
He used a copy of Cara, the Aer Lingus in-flight magazine, to cover himself. The radio host was returning to Ireland from an event in London designed to promote conference business in Cork.
