A recruitment consultancy has announced it was re-branding three of its businesses with the creation of 75 jobs.
Premier Group is to merge its Verkom, Brunel and Premier businesses under the one banner title of Morgan McKinley, with the posts to be rolled out over the next 18 months as part of a one million euro investment.
The new staff will be based largely at the company's offices in Dublin and Cork, with a number of new positions in Kilkenny, Limerick and Waterford.
Enterprise Minister Batt O'Keeffe said the Premier Group's growth showed investors were becoming more confident about the economy.
"It is encouraging to see an Irish company developing through global acquisitions, bringing the best elements of these operations back home and creating jobs for our people," he said.
The new positions will be in recruitment consultancy as roles in Premier Group's global support services team, which covers innovation development, finance, marketing, IT and human resources.
Premier Group chief executive Pat Fitzgerald said the job announcement was an essential part of the group's wider plans for future growth in Ireland.
"The timing of this rebrand and our investment in business growth also reflects our confidence in the Irish economy and jobs market as we see it start to stabilise from the very low base of job opportunities reached last year."
Mr Fitzgerald said Ireland would be the central hub of its global operations.
Premier Group acquired the global operations of Morgan McKinley for 60 million euro in 2008, with offices in the UK, Europe, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
