Five held in cannabis factory raids

Detectives said more than 1.6 million euro worth of plants and harvested drugs ready for distribution and sale were seized in separate operations in north Dublin and Kildare.
The first raid, on an industrial unit near Ballyboughil, Co Dublin, recovered about 1,500 plants worth about 600,000 euro and freshly harvested cannabis worth about 240,000 euro.
Four men aged in their 20s to 40s were arrested at the scene.
In the second raid, an estimated 800,000 euro of cannabis plants were seized from premises in the Kilcullen area of Kildare.
A man in his 50s was arrested.
