Man arrested after Dublin drug raid

Ecstasy tablets were among a drugs haul worth five million euro recovered by gardai and customs

A five million euro haul of cannabis and ecstasy has been recovered by gardai and Customs.

A man was arrested over the find, which was discovered during a raid on a premises at the Rosemount business park in Blanchardstown, Dublin, on Tuesday night.

About 80 kilos (176lb) of cannabis herb and 350,000 ecstasy tablets were seized.

Gardai said a 41-year-old man was detained under drug trafficking laws in Blanchardstown.
