Police quiz man over Dunne murder

Gardai have arrested a man, known as The Don, in connection with the shooting of a gangland boss

Gardai investigating the murder of gangland boss Eamon Dunne in Dublin have arrested a man.

Dunne, 34, known as The Don, was shot dead in the Fassaugh House Pub in Cabra on April 23 2010.

The suspect, who is in his mid 30s, was detained in the Dublin area.

He is being questioned in Mountjoy garda station and can be held for up to a week under the provisions of section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act 2007 as amended.
