Fifty new jobs are to be created at a software company.
ArisGlobal, which is involved in the life sciences sector, is to expand its European operations in Dublin.
Richard Bruton, Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, said the investment is a strong message on Ireland's business environment.
"We in Government are determined to implement policies to continue the strong flow of investment and jobs in this area," he said.
Hundreds of life science companies rely on ArisGlobal's advanced solutions for maintaining regulatory compliance, workflow automation, efficiency and easily sharing information around the globe.
The company employs over 700 people in India, the US, the UK, Europe and Japan.
