A global technical support company has announced 50 new jobs.
Citrix plans to increase its Dublin workforce with roles in sales and technical support.
The firm said the move demonstrated the continuing growth of Citrix technical support, sales, IT operations and online services divisions in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
The project is supported by the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation through IDA Ireland.
Martin Kelly of Citrix said one of the key ingredients for its success and growth is the availability of the right skills and talent.
"Customers are embracing cloud services and mobile work styles to create agile, cost-effective new ways of working," he said.
"As such, all divisions of Citrix continue to experience significant growth across Europe, including the Citrix technical support and education business."
Jobs Minister Richard Bruton said the announcement is a further indication of what is possible in the sector.
"I am determined to help sustain and accelerate the progress we have made in this area to help create the jobs we need," he added.
