Teenager's body pulled from quarry

A teenager has died at a disused quarry in Co Wexford

The body of a teenager has been recovered from a disused quarry where he had been swimming.

The alarm was raised on Sunday evening after two men got into difficulty in the water at the Forth Mountain beauty spot in Co Wexford.

The 18-year-old's body was recovered on Monday morning at about 7am and taken to Waterford Hospital for a post-mortem examination.

The second man was airlifted to safety on Sunday.
