Two men have been arrested after two shotguns and a stash of drugs were found in Garda raids against dealers.
The weapons, cocaine and herbal cannabis were seized in a house in Castleknock, west Dublin, on Wednesday.
Two men, aged 26 and 24, were detained at the property under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act.
The shotguns will be put through ballistics tests at Garda Headquarters.
Meanwhile, two men were being questioned after separate cannabis farms were uncovered.
The first seizure was made after a fire broke out in the Golden Dragon Chinese restaurant in Skibbereen, Co Cork, on Wednesday lunchtime.
Following the blaze a cannabis factory was discovered on the floors above the restaurant, which were kitted out with special heating, lighting and hydroponics equipment.
The plants were worth about 200,000 euro (£167,000).
In the second seizure, uniformed gardai and the local drug unit in west Dublin arrested two men aged 29 and 24.
An industrial unit in the Blanchardstown was raided and cannabis plants worth an estimated 400,000 euro (£334,000) were seized.
