A major libel action brought by record-breaking ultra-runner Richard Donovan against publishing giant Forbes is to be heard at the Northern Ireland High Court next year.
Mr Donovan, the Galway-based businessman who became the world's first athlete to run seven marathons on seven continents in less than seven days, is suing over a magazine article on a race he organised in the North Pole.
Legal papers refer to allegations about the annual Polar Running Adventures event. His lawyers claim the article was defamatory.
Separate High Court actions were to run in England, the Irish Republic and Northern Ireland.
However, it has now been agreed for the cases to be combined and heard in Belfast.
