British Airways workers have reinstated their planned strike action following the breakdown of talks aimed at averting the stoppage.
Thousands of cabin crew are planning a two-day walkout next Tuesday and Wednesday due to a dispute over sick pay and other issues.
The action was due to start on Monday, but was delayed for 24 hours to allow for more talks between the two sides.
Those discussions, however, ended last night with both sides blaming each other for the ongoing impasse.
