A man has been found guilty of murdering a schoolboy who was stabbed to death with a broken golf club outside his school gates.
Adam Moore, 20, attacked 16-year-old Adil Basharat outside Kingsbrook School in Deanshanger, Northamptonshire, last November.
He was convicted by a jury at Northampton Crown Court and will be sentenced later.
Jurors found three other men - Freddy Wilson, 20, Daniel Anderson, also 20, and 22-year-old Jake Batten - guilty of violent disorder. The three were acquitted of murder and manslaughter.
Moore and a fifth defendant, Billy Billingham, 19, were found not guilty of conspiracy to cause grievous bodily harm.
During the trial, jurors heard that Adil and two friends were set upon on the morning of November 19 by a group of men armed with weapons including a golf club, a screwdriver and a metal bar.
Prosecutor Benjamin Aina QC said: "They also attacked the schoolchildren with their fists and with their feet.
"During the attack the golf club handle broke and the sharp end of the golf club was thrust into the pelvis of one of the schoolboys, Adil Basharat.
"That action caused the main artery to be severed and sadly Adil was pronounced dead on the Sunday, November 21."
