Hi °C | Lo °C A haul of bizarre items including a blow-up doll of former PM Margaret Thatcher have been among the oddments ditched on London borough’s streets.
Other items left for rubbish collectors were wedding dresses, stuffed animals, sex toys, jewellery, cash, mankinis and even film props such as insects.
The unusual list of waste was compiled by cleaning firm Veolia for Westminster Council which spends £14million a year clearing 18,000 tonnes of rubbish, with up to 65% of that being dumped illegally.
Councillor Ed Argar told the Daily Mirror: “People must take responsibility for their litter.”
