Wayne Rooney: Having son Kai has changed my life

Wayne Rooney says becoming a father transformed him from a clubber into a family man.

The England and Manchester United star said the arrival of his son Kai was a “life-changing experience”.

In an interview with The People, the 24-year-old says he enjoys early nights and time with his six-month-old son and wife Coleen instead of partying.

He said: “It has been a life-changing experience. I don't think it has changed me as the person I am but it has just added something different to my life in a great way.”
