Mike Nesbitt unveils the UUP's billboard drive
An eye-catching publicity drive has been launched by the Ulster Unionist Party in the run-up to next month's Assembly poll, with voters urged to "make it work".
The party's election billboard campaign got under way in central Belfast yesterday with two mobile posters unveiled at Custom House Square.
UUP leader Mike Nesbitt said that his party had a clear message for Northern Ireland's voters.
"The message for this election can be summed up in three short words - make it work," said Mr Nesbitt.
"That's what people are telling us on the doorstep.
"They have had two full mandates and nine long years of devolved government led by the DUP and Sinn Fein, and they are fed up with the lack of positives.
"It is time to make Stormont work. We have already shown we can do it with the suite of policy documents we have published over the last two months as a build-up to our manifesto launch."
