'£14,000 of heroin' seized in police raid in Co Down

Suspected heroin worth an estimated £14,000 has been seized during a police raid in Co Down.

Officers from the Police Service of Northern Ireland's (PSNI) organised crime branch and the National Crime Agency swooped on a property in the Strangford area on Tuesday.

Detective Inspector Keith Gawley said: "The search was part of an operation against heroin importation."
