By Jonny Bell

First Ministers Arlene Foster and Martin McGuinness have celebrated Northern Ireland's fantastic record-breaking win against Slovenia.

Michael O'Neill's men won 1-0 at Windsor Park to secure a record 10 game unbeaten run.

A brilliant first half strike from Conor Washington and a superb Roy Carroll penalty save helped put the fans in good spirits as preparations for the European Finals step up a gear.

Arlene Foster attended the game and even tweeted that she was looking forward to the "bouncy" ahead of kick-off.

"Great match and great fans," she tweeted.

Martin McGuinness singled out Washington and Carroll for their performances on the night.

"Looking forward to another O'Neill win tonight," he tweeted.

Ex-Northern Ireland international Martin O'Neill's Republic of Ireland side take on Slovakia on Tuesday night in the Aviva.
