The PSNI is investigating an incident in Co Armagh in which a 24-year-old man was stabbed.

The man was assaulted by two men in the Corrigan’s Court area of Armagh at approximately 2.15am on Saturday.

He was taken to hospital for treatment to his injuries which are not believed to be life threatening.

A 27-year-old man has been arrested.

Detective Sergeant Wallace has appealed to anyone who was in the area of Corrigan’s Court, Armagh at the time and witnessed this incident to contact Detectives at Ardmore on the non-emergency number 101.
