Bail for alleged Belfast brothel madam Malgorzata Nojik
A woman has appeared in court charged with controlling prostitution in Belfast.
Malgorzata Nojik (31) is also accused of running a brothel in the city. She is one of three Polish women to be charged in connection with an alleged sex operation uncovered by police earlier this year.
A police officer told Belfast Magistrates Court she could connect Nojik, of Brookbank Road, Lewisham, London, to both offences.
Nojik was released on continuing bail and her case adjourned to a later date when it will be heard with two co-accused.
Alexandra Dubicka (25), of Oakhampton Road, and Bozena Kruszewska (25), of Dunton Road, both in London, each face the same two charges.
Kruszewska is also accused of trafficking within the UK.
