Belfast City Council launches search for resident with same 90th birthday as the Queen
Do you know someone who will be sharing their 90th birthday with the Queen this year?
Well, Belfast City Council is hunting for just such a person.
The search is on for a Belfast resident who will be celebrating their 90th birthday on April 21 this year.
Belfast City Council is asking those who share a birthday with the Queen to join its beacon lighting celebrations later this month.
On the evening of Thursday, April 21, the front lawn of city hall will host a short Belfast tribute as part of a UK-wide beacon lighting programme.
The beacon will be lit at 7.30pm with music provided by Belfast Temple Salvation Army Band from 7pm and the event is open to the public.
If you know anyone who was born on 21 April 1926, contact Belfast City Council.
