Belfast security alert sparked by suspicious car declared 'nothing untoward'

A security alert was sparked last night in Belfast following the report of a suspicious car.

It happened in the Millfield area of Belfast.

A police spokesman said they attended the report of a suspicious vehicle.

The car was examined and was found to contain nothing untoward.
